Maggie Seymour
Maggie Seymour is a certified RRCA Level II running coach, USATF Level I track and field coach, ACE certified personal trainer, Health Coach, and pre/post-natal fitness instructor. Maggie started running when she was 13 and absolutely hated her first mile. In the two decades since she’s grown to love the sport (but still hates the first mile), participating in dozens of marathons, ultramarathons, multi-day events, adventure races, and even a few triathlons (including one ironman distance race).
Maggie’s longest single-event distance to date is 155-miles.

Run Coaching ($219/month)
Ready to prioritize running and fitness? Looking to make a jump from marathon to ultra-marathon? Coming back from injury or other extended breaks? Monthly customized training plans to include diagnostic testing, bi-weekly check-ins, and unlimited email/text support for distances from 5K to transcontinental runs. Specializing in multi-day “journey runs,” pregnancy and postpartum running.

Holistic Health Coaching ($85/session)
For those struggling with motivation, discipline, or other mental performance factors. Weekly 50-minute sessions where we focus on all things mental - the psychology of sport, how to best integrate movement into your life, and how to better understand and achieve your wellness goals. Deeply tailored to you, with expertise on emotional healthy, mobility, and brain-body integration.

Goal-Getting Intensives ($240/3 hr session)
Designed for breakthroughs. Similar to weekly holistic health consultations, intensive sessions are designed to “get you there” in a three-hour marathon. Together, using the best neuroscience and coaching tools, and my own tested system, we’ll figure out your goals and more importantly you “why.” We’ll definie what success looks like and then map out the challenges and processes you’ll need to get there.
